I appreciated the lengthy explanation by Vin Amendola, operations manager, of why my order had to be canceled due to a product defect. Normally an online vendor would just cancel the order without explanation. His personal email and an offer of a 5% future discount show me that this company values customer service.

I can't say enough about the customer service I have received from this company! They have been quick to respond, professional and considerate with all of the many questions I've had through emails. I am so excited to battle the Japanese beetles that have been destroying my fresh cut flowers and fruit trees with something totally safe that won't harm our honey bees, their hives and is nontoxic for me to use, as a cancer survivor.

Green Earth provides absolutely over-the-top, fast, fantastic customer service. I have seen this several times with answering questions about products before sale, and once with resolving a problem with a product after purchase (the problem was really the manufacturer's fault, but Joe at Green Earth facilitated a rapid and generous solution to the problem. Very fair, honest, and fast communication. Could not recommend them more.

Customer Service is top notch. Joe was extremely helpful in taking the time to answer questions and provide tons of information and recommendations to help me solve a problem with my turf grass.
